Understanding your constitution, or body type, is the basis of my philosophy. My approach to understanding your constitution is rooted in Eight Constitution Medicine, which classifies individuality. After extensive research and experience I have adapted my own method of understanding your constitution, which includes identifying beneficial and harmful foods specific to your body and working together to create the healthiest lifestyle for YOU.
